DJ gig for Earth Day

At last an oppertunity knocks on my door. I was offered to DJ for SNC's Earth Day. It was a success! Now, I have another gig coming up in May 7 for the Fashion Show. Time to strike a posed!

The new Me

Yesterday, I call it quits to Susana. Turns out that she wants a femme, not a butch like me. In other words, she's been misleading me the whole time. Right now, I'm free to be me. I'm still keeping my options open and I still have a date with Bianca to the Spring Formal. Yep, I'm her date. And I'm still a player.
Anyways, I'm still waiting for an email from the DPS recruiter. Guess it's kinda like me signing up for the Navy. Once I get a interview with them and get accepted, I have to take the written and phyical tests, then four-five months at the academy in Carson City. Hopefully after the graduation ceremony.

New Oppertunity

Since the Reno Career Fair last friday, none of the businesses there are hiring graphic artists. But on the plus side, the only one that caught me was the Department of Public Safety. Better to work as a state cop than local. My people are very supportive so I signed up for them. Now I'm just waiting til i get the word. On the personal side, me and Susana are back together. We decided to take it slow til i start working. lucky that dating older and mature family woman is alot better than dating young and immature ones.

Larger than Life

Back being single again. OMG, why do I always end up with the wrong woman. Well, things didn't work out between me and Susana, she turned out to be a PMS! But now, I'm keeping my options open, my dad wants me to date women that look like Britney Spears, as in slim supermodel type. That's gonna be a hard one. Right now, I'm focus on getting a job in Reno. Next weekend, the Grand Sierra is hosting a career fair. That could be my ticket. Plus, I'm spending my saturday night there. I just book a room there. The reason? Well, DJ Jazzy Jeff is spinning at my cousin's club Pearl Champange Lounge. I was gonna work for him, but he can't 'cause of the economy is mess up. Well, I'm working on my sound art pieces for the BA show. Plus, along with my Rap music, just needed a steady paycheck.

Moving on to a better life

In the past 3 weeks, I was at home in bed with the flu. Right now, I feel like a million bucks, lol. Plus, I even found someone new in my life. The new woman in my life is Susana. She's in her 30s with two daughters. At LAST!! Someone with kids and mature. Now, no more dating younger women, they're too immature and too high-maintainance. Right now, I'm just waiting for the economy to be better so I can finally work.

Thursday will be my modeling day. I decided to be one of Alex's models for her photos. Thanks for the new buzz cut, I'm still gonna look good. Speaking of my buzz cut, my parents finally accepted it. They soon to realized not because I'm butch and proud lesbian, but I'm an artist with expression. In the job world, I rather be judge by my work, not my looks and sexuality. Like Leo Da Vince, can't judge his gayness but he does make great paintings.

one week of sickness

I spend the whole week since last monday in bed with the flu. now that i'm getting better, someone new enter my life. we started talking on myspace, then text and phone call. she was 33 and i'm 27, finally someone mature and older than me. guess you can say that younger women take more advantage of me. i'm the type that wants for put bread on the table and take care of the familia. but we'll see how it goes.
